Your Appointment
To maximize your experience we would ask you to arrive 10 minutes before your treatment. This time will be used for you to relax and have your personal consultation if needed.
Phone Policy
We would ask you to switch off your mobile phone so you benefit from your treatment and as a courtesy of other clients
Course Policy
To receive course discounts full payment is required on your first treatment. All courses are valid for 12 months from the date of first treatment
Cancellation Policy
For treatments that take more than 1 hour we require credit/laser card details or gift voucher details. Clients that need to change or cancel are kindly requested to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice or 25% of the treatment will be charged for.
Tinting
We would please ask clients to receive a patch test at least24 hours before any tinting treatments.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers can be purchased on the premises or by phone. All vouchers are valid for 12 months and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
